Maintenance and inspection content:
1. Check if the lubricating oil inside the chassis is within the specified range, pick up the oil probe and lower it to ensure that the oil level is in the center of the two lines, but do not use too much to prevent the lubricating oil from spraying out.
2. Check the lubricating oil of the turbine box, which can be visually inspected by an oil mirror. When it is lower than half of the oil mirror, it is necessary to replenish the lubricating oil.
3. All transmission gear parts of the machine should be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.
4. Provide appropriate lubrication and maintenance to the bare rod area of the bare rod cable arranger, once a week.
5. Within the range of machine operation, it must be confirmed that there are no obstacles and checked at any time.
6. Tighten the screws at the transmission and connection parts of the machine to avoid loosening and affecting the operation of the machine. Check once a week.
Before operating the machine, please run it at low speed for about 5 minutes before increasing the speed.
